Site Assessment & Design
Following a detailed survey of the property’s layout and services, we designed a bespoke system providing seamless cooling and heating with minimal visual impact. A combination of Daikin and Toshiba ducted and ceiling cassette units was selected for their energy efficiency, quiet operation, and refined finish. Every aspect of the design prioritized balanced airflow and integration with the interior’s high-end aesthetic.

Installation & Integration
Ceiling cassette units were recessed within meeting rooms, lounges, and communal spaces, while slim ducted systems were concealed within residential ceilings. Refrigerant and condensate lines were routed unobtrusively through service areas to preserve the original finishes. Smart digital controls enabled individual zone management and remote access. Our engineers coordinated closely with interior designers and contractors to ensure seamless delivery on schedule.

Testing & Handover
